I’m a jack of all trades, master of many and your problem solving guru. If I don’t already have the answer, just hang tight, I’ll find it for you.

I’m endlessly curious, a life long learner and a storyteller at heart. This makes me a natural at networking, marketing and building partnerships, no matter the subject. I love connecting folks to one another, to their next obsession or to the perfect resource for what they need. I’ve been referred to as a walking Wikipedia and a master generalist. I thrive in roles where my work spans across teams and I get to wear many different hats, so startup environments and launching new initiatives is definitely my cup of tea. I’m great at implementing new systems and creating organizational scaffolding for new projects.

Let’s chat about how I can help you get your project off the ground!

A personal bit about me:

I’m a traveler at heart but after 3 years living a nomadic life, I’ve recently returned to my first home - Brooklyn.

Away from work you can find me testing new recipes, at hot yoga, soaking up a sauna (extra points if they have a cold plunge), catching some live music or a local comedy show.

Otherwise, I’m chatting about blood sugar (I’m a Nutritional Therapist), grief work (I’m a Grief Educator) or all things sustainable (avid environmentalist.) I’m a forever student with a fine tuned intuition, investigative spirit and keen ability to find a genuine positive spin on any situation.

All of which lays the perfect foundation for my killer networking and project management skills. It also lends itself to some pretty unique or out of the box problem solving.

My next areas of study: Italian lessons and herb farming. What have you been learning lately?
